Look out Nerd Herd! Nicole Richie, up 280% this week, is scheduled to guest star on NBC's geek-spy extravaganza "Chuck." Nicole plays a "sarcastic and spiteful girl who tortured Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) in high school," according to NBC. The two women meet again at their 10-year reunion and the TV girl-fight of the season ensues. "Chuck" executive Josh Schwartz said "Nicole auditioned for the part and was very funny. This role is a great opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills and be diabolically evil and kick some butt." The episode called "Chuck vs. the Cougars" airs October 20 at 8pm ET on NBC. Other TV gals round out this week's shaking ladies list with 80's icon Joan Jett, up 467%, appearing on "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger, up 386%.

TV men also made waves last week as the fall TV season got into full swing, including a bump for actor Jenson Ackles, up a hefty 282%. According to TV Guide online last week, "Supernatural," now in it's 4th season, is the 2nd most popular show after "Dancing with the Stars," and has had the highest ratings gain so far the fall, up 42%. The season 4 premiere of "Supernatural, Lazarus Rising," pulled in 3.96 million viewers - a 33 percent increase over the season 3 premier, and the best numbers the show has ever had on the CW, according to BuddyTV.
